一 |     China's Ministry of Commerce on Wednesday announced a decision to take countermeasures against six U.S. entities.     These countermeasures, which took effect on Wednesday, were adopted in response to the United States' sanctions against Chinese companies under the pretext of so-called "forced labor," according to the ministry.    The U.S. move seriously violates international law and the basic norms of international relations, and gravely undermines China's sovereignty, security and development interests, the ministry said.    The six U.S. entities subject to the countermeasures are Applied DNA Sciences, Inc., Stratum Reservoir, LLC., Altana Technologies, Inc., Responsible Business Alliance, Verite Group, Inc., and Human Rights in China. They assisted and supported the United States' unlawful Xinjiang-related sanctions, the ministry said in a statement.    Organizations and individuals within China are prohibited from engaging in any transactions, cooperation or other related activities with these six entities, the decision noted.                    。    福建日报·新福建客户端8月22日讯（记者 何祖谋）记者22日从省防汛办获悉，今天上午，省防汛办与气象、海洋与渔业等部门会商做好热带低压相关防御工作。    据悉，台湾以东热带扰动8月22日8时加强为热带低压，预计将沿北偏西方向移动，快速穿过我省北部渔场海域进入东海。    省防汛办要求，沿海各地及气象、海洋与渔业、海事等部门要密切关注热带低压发展趋势，动态研判风、浪、潮的影响，一旦预测预判可能达到临界阈值，要迅速调度、组织落实相应防范措施。    同时，海洋与渔业部门要加强位于闽外渔场、闽东渔场和钓鱼岛海域的作业渔船，以及位于浙江南部渔场海域的我省作业渔船的预警，提醒关注热带低压动向，合理安排作业计划，减少相关海域活动。    海事部门要加强台湾海峡北口过往船舶及宁德附近海域水上施工项目的预警预控，调度提醒关注热带低压态势，提前落实好海上防风避险措施。    气象部门要加强热带低压监测、滚动预报，预测有较大变化和风险影响，要第一时间“叫应”同级防指和防台风相关职能部门。    沿海各市、县（区）防指要落实24小时值班值守和领导带班，紧盯当前海上热带气旋活动，密切关注近期分散性强降雨影响，随时会商调度和处置突发汛情、风情。
